Classes & Training

We offer three main formats: small group personal training (SGPT – our signature offering, capped at 6 clients), large group classes, and private 1-on-1 personal training. Each serves a different need and level of personalization.

Small group training (SGPT) is our strength training focused program capped at 6 clients per session. That means your coach knows your name, your goals, your injury history, and your progressions – and can adjust your workout in real time. It’s personal training with the energy of a group.

Sessions are the full 60 minutes.

Most clients start around 2 times per week and build up to 3 – 4 times per week. Your coach will help you build a schedule that supports your goals without overtraining or burning out.

No. Our programming is structured, progressive, and intentional – meaning it evolves over time to keep your body challenged and your results moving forward.

Yes. Private training is available by appointment and fills in around our group session schedule. It’s the most customized option we offer, ideal for clients who want completely individualized programming.

Schedule & Availability

Contact us directly to get set up with an account and booking access. Once you’re a member, you’ll be able to reserve your spot in advance – which we strongly recommend.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak morning time slots. Popular sessions can fill up several days in advance.

We have a cancellation policy in place to respect our coaches’ time and ensure spots are available for all members. Reach out to us for specific details.

Contact us to discuss drop-in availability. Depending on capacity and your situation, we may be able to accommodate a single session visit.

Pricing & Membership

Both. You can join on a recurring membership or purchase session-based packages depending on your preference and how you like to commit to your training.

We do not operate by using long-term contracts. We hope you’ll stay but we won’t make it difficult for you should you need to leave!

Injuries & Modifications

In most cases, yes. Our coaches are experienced in working around injuries and providing modifications that keep you moving safely. We’ll discuss your injury during your intake and build appropriate adjustments into your programming from day one.

Many of our clients have training histories that include surgeries, joint issues, or chronic conditions. We take a thoughtful approach to load management, posture, and movement quality that makes long-term training both safe and effective. That said, we’ll always recommend working alongside your healthcare provider when appropriate.

Never. Pushing through pain is not something we advocate for. Smart training is always the priority.

Yes, and we genuinely enjoy it. Building a strong foundation with a new client is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do at Burn 60.

Nutrition

We provide nutritional guidance, recipe ideas, and macro education as part of the overall support we offer clients. We’re not a full nutrition counseling service, but we help clients build practical habits around food that complement their training.
