We are not just a fitness program. At BURN 60, we’re dedicated and focused on helping people and improving quality of life.
Anyone that has been a member at BURN 60 for more than a few months can testify to the unique environment that is fostered by our staff and our community. It’s a place they come to unwind, work off stress and know that they can be their true authentic self.
Our goal with training is to provide consistency and sustainability, while fostering community. We will work together to provide something you like to do and can create discipline around. We want you to always enjoy the workouts you’re doing and feel better when you leave than when you walked in. We want to guide you in gaining control of your body so you can move well and move often. Most importantly, we have created an inclusive environment that promotes encouragement and accountability while allowing you to strengthen bonds with positive, like-minded people.
