Our Story
Hey! We’re Kasseem and Michelle, the owners of Burn 60 in Los Angeles, CA.
Simply put, we love helping people, we love health & fitness and we love building relationships.
We’re on a mission to help busy adults train smarter, gain energy, lose weight, feel healthy and add more life to their years without fad diets or workouts that beat up your body. We know you want to be the strongest version of yourself. Let’s make it happen.
We believe fitness is a deeply personal experience that can positively impact every other aspect of your life, so your fitness journey should be personalized for you, to meet you where you’re at. Individualizing the experience is at the core of what we do and we work alongside our clients to find what works best for each of them. This doesn’t exclude large group classes. In Burn classes, we don’t believe in overcrowded rooms and clients hiding in the background. We believe in providing everyone with enough attention for them to succeed and be held accountable in a friendly, inclusive environment. We program with sustainability and intentional movement in mind so our clients can train safely for as long as possible. When our clients win, we win and we aim to transform as many lives as we can by helping people prioritize their health and fitness.

Small Group Personal Training

With a maximum of 6 clients per session, your coach knows your goals, your limitations, and exactly how to challenge you at your level. Every workout features functional strength training, progressive overload, and scalable movements. You’ll build real strength, real friendships, and show up not just for yourself - but for your crew too. An extremely effective, more accessible solution to get you where you want to be.

Cardio / Conditioning Classes
Get Your Heart Pumping. Build Your Engine.
High-energy, louder, coach-led sessions designed to complement your strength training and keep your cardiovascular fitness sharp. Push your conditioning through treadmill and ski-erg intervals, and more to really build that endurance. These classes are perfect for rounding out your training and adding variety to your weekly routine. No guessing, no wandering - just show up, follow your coach, and get after it.
